African Partitions.
When one does think of Africa, or speak too of many a person not said African too that is. they in all do perceive the place or the Continent in all, and in these very Times we live in, and from more or less a Competitive Strategy / Competitive Edge perspective that is. That Africa, is simply deemed backward, and as said even suffering many an inhibition or restriction to it all, and as having to do with Competition in itself, and as arising in all even it is believed said, and with the very History of Slavery and Colonialism in Africa too that is.
In all, the very belief that, Africans in all here, are not said as lacking in Intelligence that is, and by many a person outside Africa too in all, but in many a way truly and in speak of African Organization in itself, Modern too, and as said believed in all, and to not embody Competition in itself, and in speak of Principle or Morale that is [and as with it all even basically speaking of Modern African Institution in themselves that is].
In all again, when one does speak of Partitioning Africa, and as a Philosophy in itself too, one is in all, truly speaking, and of the very best manner or way, to best spark in all, a Competitive spirit, and as said even, intrinsically African [and in base speak here, and of the History of Songhay and Mali too for instance].
That the Partitioning of Africa, remains a truly it is believed, problematic question in all, and as Africans in themselves, are often believed in all even reluctant, and in Partitioning themselves, and in a manner and that does speak of Competition in itself too, and as said truly African in all, and with Africans in all again and in many a way it is believed herein, associating Competition in itself, and with the very possessing, and of American styled Lifestyles that is.
In all, many attempts to Partition Africa, and indiscreetly too, are known to arise or exist, but before we do speak on them, the mentioning here in all, and of the very attempt to create many a Trading/Regional Bloc in Africa, and such as the SADC for instance, and in the attempt in all again, and to spur, not only Economic activity in itself and in Africa too, but speak too of Competition in all, and in speak of Africa, and as basically perceived even, and from speak of the Import/Export Industries, and further speak even of Donor Aid that is.
One of the most popularized though, said way or manner of Partitioning Africa in all, does speak in all even, and of the rise and development in all again, and of many a said modern African City that is. That Africa now, and in speak of Competitive Strategy / Competitive Edge too, does now see even, Africa in all, and as perceived from speak of Nigeria (Lagos / Abuja), Kenya (Nairobi), South Africa (Johannesburg / Durban), Egypt (Cairo), or even Morocco (Rabat) and Tunisia (Tunis) too that is. A manner/way of defining Africa in all, and in speak too of Competitive Strategy / Competitive Edge, and that is believed in all even, and to have failed in its endeavours, and in sparking Creativity in Africa, and outside speak of the Entertainment Industries that is [and speak too of Africa, and as associated in all, and with NGO's too that is].
Another manner or way, and as with regards to all this, does speak in all, and of Industry in Africa in itself, and as often said divided, and into Sectors and Sectors too, and that do in all it is believed even, minimally, speak of Africa, and as said possessing Expertise in all, and in the following Industries; Agriculture, Tourism, Energy/Oil, Mining, Health, Publishing/Software, Telecoms, Hospitality, and amongst speak even of many a said minor Industry too that is. In all, Africa and as now said Developing, and in speak too of African Solidarity that is [and as said in all even, and to refer and to speak of Pan-Africanism for instance].
A third manner of viewing Competition in Africa, prominent in the Sixties, and making way in the 70's too, now does see Africa, and in Philosophy too, and as perceived in all even as said Anglo-, Luso-, Franco-, ATR (African Traditional Religion), Communist/Socialist in all, and as with it all even speaking of the fomenting of many a (Social) Bond /Tie in all, and whose Potential too, and in speak of Prosperity for instance, now does speak of Africa, and as said joining in all, the so termed Second World for instance, and if not the First World in itself that is. In all, Africans, and as said highly Civil in their ways (and in speak too of many a highly popularized even, African Leader that is), and in speak too of Poverty Reduction in all, or even Africa, and as simply said free of all Warring that is.
Another of all this, the above that is, a fourth manner/way in all, and of defining Competition (Strategy / Edge), and in Africa, has very much come to be associated in all, and with speak of the very much hyped IT (Information Technology) Boom in Africa, and which was in all even believed, to help free Africans in all, and from all Restitution that is [or speak even and of Africa perceived, and as simply said Trouble free in all]. A manner or way of Partitioning Africa, and if not Perceiving it truly either, and that does not actually speak of the Technology Hub in all, but in all ways even, and of many a Data/Knowledge Center in itself, and from which, all forms or kinds in all again, and of Information too, can easily be released to the Public, and in helping spur Competition in itself that is [and in speak too, and of Business Ownership in itself that is]. In all, speak here too of E-Government, and which in all again is actually believed deemed helpful/beneficial in Africa today, but that in all ways even perhaps, speak now and of African societies, and as perceived from Communications in themselves, and with Internet/SMS Communications, believed to truly help in all, ease many a problem or situation one might encounter, and in speak too, and of an Africa, often simply said Tribalist/Ethnic in its ways that is.
In all, the very act of Partitioning Africa, and in speak too of Competitive Strategy / Competitive Edge, and in further speak here even of the Future in itself, now even speaking of Africa, and from the following Terms: Emergent, Privacy, IP (Intellectual Property) / Piracy, or even speak too of Heritage in itself actually [and as said Academic, World, Modernist, Religious/Historic and even Arts/Media too that is][and in speak too of Africans for instance, and as parlaying their Skills, and in an International Setting too for example, and that does speak even of African Soccer Players in Europe that is].
